Questions and Answers
- Park Rent & Rates
Site fees are inclusive of rates and VAT. These are payable at the beginning of the year in advance of the season. If paid before 1st December an early payment discount of £100 is deductible. Alternatively payment can be made in full by 1st January or by two instalments on 1st January and 1st April
- Season
North Bay Leisure Park is licensed to open from the 1st February to 3rd January inclusive. Holiday home owners are welcome to visit the park within restricted daytime hours during the closed season to check on their holiday homes. Security is in operation at all times.
- Caravan insurance
All holiday homes must be insured and we have a blanket policy to cover the whole park. Insurance cover is provided on a new for old basis. Further details will be provided at point of sale.
- Electricity
All holiday homes are connected to mains supply electricity.
- Gas
47kg gas bottles are ordered at the main reception during opening hours Monday to Saturday and will be delivered and connected by ourselves. Boxes, decking, pavers, Storage boxes are permitted with further details from the Park Reception.
- Pets
Dogs are welcome but must remain on a lead at all times and be cleaned up after in all areas. A Dog exercise area is accessible close by.
- Subletting
Commercial subletting is strictly not allowed although family and friends are more than welcome.
- Security
The park is monitored by 24 hour CCTV and evening foot patrol service.
- Launderette
A launderette with washers and driers is available.
